Many camera stores (including B&H) now show the 7D Mark II as shipping on October 30th. The stores from Canada are no exception, they’ve also announced the same ship date.

This is an official pre-order deal that Canon is running exclusively in Canada. Also note, Canon Canada now requires everyone who is taking part in this offer to submit a form with a Canadian address, to prove that you are an end-consumer and not making large orders for re-sale.
