It’s good to see that recent MAP policy changes aren’t affecting the prices at unauthorized dealers.

Compare with other authorized dealers selling this for $3059. The previous lowest-ever authorized dealer price was $2677 at Amazon on October 24th, 2013, which had this price for only 20 minutes.

I don’t normally post rumors of upcoming deals, but this one is quite hot: I have been told by a very good source that we should expect a deal tomorrow (Wednesday) on the 5D Mark III from an authorized dealer, “at a new lowest-ever authorized dealer price”. The lowest ever authorized dealer price to date was $2677 at Amazon on October 24th, 2013.

[UPDATE: I’m now told by someone else that it’ll be close to the previous low of $2677 but have a very good free item thrown in. $2677 is very good compared to current best prices of $3059.]

They are not an authorized dealer, but are a quite reputable unauthorized dealer with 99%+ positive feedback. In previous sales they have sold a mix of both US models as well as grey market models.
