What to Expect on Amazon Prime Day, July 12th and 13th
This year’s Amazon “Prime Day” will start on Tuesday, July 12th. The deals start at 3 AM ET and run 48 hours until 3 AM ET on Thursday. Amazon’s Prime Day deals are restricted to Amazon Prime members only. Just like the previous seven years, CanonPriceWatch will be watching all the deals.
We don’t expect deals on the most popular Canon cameras or lenses, but some of the less popular items may be discounted (for example, last year’s deal on a EOS M50 Mark II). You can browse our 2021 live-update post or our archive of Prime Day related deals for examples of the types of deals available. We should see great prices on memory cards, filters, bags, storage, 3rd party lenses, tripods, lighting, and other accessories. Deals sell out quickly, so be prepared to jump on them!

In what appears to be the last Amazon Prime Day deal this year, Amazon has the EOS M6 with 15-45mm Kit (Black) for $479.00. The deal quickly went to 100% claimed but it is possible to waitlist for the deal — stay on the page for long enough and you’ll be invited to ‘join waitlist’.
