Authorized Canon USA dealer Focus Camera is showing a deal on an “open box” EOS-1D X Mark III for only $6099.99. According to their site, it comes with a SanDisk CFexpress card and reader.
Their listing additionally says that the open box item is “fully backed by the manufacturer’s warranty”. We don’t know if this is actually open box, or just marketed as such to skirt pricing rules.
B&H Photo Video is now showing a date for availability of the EOS R5 ($3899.00) — their site is giving an expected availability of “Mid February 2021”.
