B&H Photo Video has the Canon EF 40mm f/2.8 STM Pancake for $129.00. This is also the lowest price ever seen for this highly rated and very compact lens!
These two together would make a great super-light setup for only $498 combined!
B&H Photo Video has matched the two hot lens deals: they have the Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS USM II for $1799.00 (after a $300 mail-in rebate). They also have the Canon EF 16-35mm f/2.8L II USM for $1329.00 (after a $200 mail-in rebate).
These match the lowest prices that we’ve seen this year for these lenses.

This is the lowest price we’ve ever seen for the 5D Mark III + 24-105mm kit, and very close to the lowest authorized price ever for the body-only ($2677 for only thirty minutes at Amazon). Fantastic deal (especially since Adorama only charges tax to NY and NJ), and you also get 2% rewards.

For the 70-200 II and the 24-70mm f/4L IS, these tie for the lowest prices ever seen on the lens. The only time the 16-35L has been cheaper (during the last four years) is a one-day sale last year.

Hot deal: Adorama has the EOS 6D refurbished for $1289, with free shipping.
This is as good a deal as the 6D Refurbished for $1215 that we saw a few months ago, especially as Adorama doesn’t charge tax to most states.
One thing to note is Adorama lists a 90-day warranty, however our readers report receiving a Canon USA 1-year warranty in the box; you may want to confirm with Adorama about the warranty.
The last two weeks, the Canon Direct Store store has been advertising a “12 Days of Christmas” sale, and tomorrow was supposedly “Up to 40% off Refurbished Products”.
We now have more details: it is “Up to 40% off select Refurbished Digital Cameras and Camcorders”. There are images of DSLRs in the promotion so we expect that some refurbished DSLR bodies will be also discounted, but are unsure of which ones at this time.
UPDATE: The sale has started and it’s extremely poor! Just 10% off the 60D, T5i and SL1, and 15% off the 7D, T3i, T4i, and T3. You can do better than that, Canon!
We’re hoping that we see the EOS 6D for $1215 (if 20% off), or the EOS 60D for $460 (if 20% off), like seen in previous sales.
The sale begins tonight at midnight ET. We’ll make a post then about what’s on sale; we’re also eager to see if refurbished lenses or speedlites will be going on sale too. Refurbished lens inventory is building up so the next sale can’t be too far away.
