Huh, I failed to realize that I wasn’t asking this question directly with B&H. Correcting that now.
Per the spec the Load Capacity is 30.9 lb. you can actually mount a EF 800mm f/5.6 and 1DX2 body on it and still have room for more. 6D2 + Sigma 100-400 is nothing for this. If you are not planning on going for bigger prime like 500mm f/4, 600mm f/4 or 800f/5.6 I would suggest look at a lighter tripod with shorter folded length.
In addition to what JK has said, I want to point out this is just the legs of the tripod. The head you mount on it will also have to be able to support that weight as well.
