Brand new:<\/b> you shouldn’t expect much more this Thanksgiving season from Canon. We’ve seen the upcoming Canon instant savings (for brand new) and they are underwhelming, to say the least. Canon is expected to discount the EOS R5<\/a> and their most popular RF zooms. The EOS R5<\/a> is widely expected to be discounted to $2999 (the same as our current street price<\/a>). The lenses will mostly end up at or above our current street prices.<\/p>\n Dealers to throw in bonus items:<\/b> the deals (on new gear) are expected to start at midnight ET tonight. Authorized dealers (e.g. B&H<\/a>, Adorama<\/a>, Amazon<\/a>) will likely throw in a bonus item, so please check back at midnight for the best options available. We also will continue to have our Black Friday street prices<\/a> available all weekend (while quantities last).<\/p>\n Refurbished:<\/b> historically, Canon has started sales during Thanksgiving week. These deals would start at midnight ET, but we’re not sure on which day they’ll start the sale. Last year they started their sale on Cyber Monday<\/a>, but there’s a good chance that they could start their deals earlier this year.
