The card can only be exclusively used at B&#038;H.<\/p>\n<p>The new <a href=\"\/click.cgi?u=390966\">Payboo card<\/a> is issued by Comenity Capital Bank, and if you were a previous Payboo cardholder you will need to re-apply for this new card.
