This is assuming no last-minute pricing changes by Canon, which are still possible.<\/p>\n<p>This pegs the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canonpricewatch.com\/product\/06120\/Canon-EOS-5D-Mark-IV-price.html\">EOS 5D Mark IV<\/a> at the same launch price as the EOS 5D Mark III in 2012. Although the new camera is packed with a bunch of new technology (including 4K, WiFi, and GPS), it&#8217;s surprising that Canon didn&#8217;t go for a lower price point given all the competitive pressure from Nikon and Sony mirrorless.<\/p>\n<p>The announcement and pre-orders are imminent, with many sites reporting midnight on August 25th.
