Here&#8217;s a recap of everything that happened at midnight:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The long-running <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canonpricewatch.com\/images\/canon_mir_20150705.pdf\">mail-in rebate<\/a> has finally ended. The lens mail-in rebates were not renewed, so there was an increase in the price of lenses as of today.\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Canon started <b>instant rebates<\/b> on lenses. In most cases, however, the instant rebate is less than the expired mail-in rebate amounts (some are the same). So this is a net <b>increase<\/b> in price on most Canon lenses. We&#8217;re happy to see instant rebates (instead of mail-in) but unfortunately instant rebate promotions never seem to be as good as mail-in rebates. Our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canonpricewatch.com\/street-prices\/\">street prices<\/a> do not yet factor in these instant rebates, we expect to have our street prices aligned within the next couple days.<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Canon started a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canonpricewatch.com\/images\/canon_mir_20150830.pdf\">mail-in rebate on printers only<\/a>. This mail-in rebate is the same value as before (up to $350, when you purchase printer + camera + paper). So the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canonpricewatch.com\/blog\/2015\/08\/bundle-deals-expire-today-on-5d-mark-iii-6d-7d-mark-ii-1d-x\/\">B&#038;H and Adorama bundle deals<\/a> or <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canonpricewatch.com\/blog\/2015\/08\/eos-70d-pixma-pro-100-bonuses-for-700-ar-buydig-via-ebay\/\">BuyDig 70D deal<\/a> still live on, although <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canonpricewatch.com\/click.cgi?b=0000060865\">B&#038;H<\/a> is now showing &#8220;back-ordered&#8221; again on printers.<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canonpricewatch.com\/blog\/2015\/08\/faq-canons-free-1-year-adobe-creative-cloud-promotion\/\">Creative Cloud + KelbyOne Promotion<\/a> is still active and runs until October 3rd.\n<\/ul>\n<p>The mail-in rebates, instant rebates, and Creative Cloud promotion all expire on October 3rd.
